Notification of collection of personal data
In our work we often need to register and process personal information on customers, employees and suppliers. It is typically contact information (name, address, phone number, email address) and occasionally other information relevant to the cooperation, such as allergies (in catering), photos (when drawing up visuals / decorations / for accreditation), age, wedding date, etc.

2. Purpose and basis for processing personal data
We process your personal information for the following purposes:
- To make contact when opening new orders.
- To answer requests via our email and case management system
- To process your order
- To be Compliant with Legislative Requirements
The legal basis for our processing of your personal data is in accordance with the nature of the Danish Personal Data Regulations "Persondataforordningen" article 6 and the Danish Data Protection Act.
In addition, personal data in accordance with the current interest-weighting rule in the nature of the personal data regulation "Persondataordningen" article 6 part 1 f. This provision gives legal basis for treatment if one pursues a legitimate interest - that is, it can ensure effective and appropriate case processing.
The special legislation can also provide a legal basis for processing your personal data - for example. the Money Laundering Act, the limitation act, the bookkeeping act etc.
Finally, we can process your personal information based on your explicit consent.
3. Categories of Personal Information
We process the following categories of personal information about you:

- Information for remuneration, such as account number, CPR number, etc.
- Health information relevant to the order, such as allergy, disability, etc.

4. Recipients and categories of recipients
Where it is necessary to process the order, or where we are bound by law or labor agreement, we eill pass on or transfer your personal information to the following recipients:
- Public authorities, including municipalities and SKAT, in connection with payment of salaries, reimbursement of sickness benefits, etc.
- Occupational Safety and Labor Agency for Occupational Injury.
- Pension company and health insurance company.
- Credit rating agency and debt collection company.
- Subcontractors or other relevant parties to the case, such as cook, driver, police, accredited authorities, printing where the information is essential for solving the task.
5. Origin of your information
Your personal information is mainly information that you have provided us with or information that we have obtained in accordance with your consent. In addition information from credit rating agencies and information commonly available via the internet, directories, Kraks Blue Book, etc.
6. Storage of your information
At this time, we can not say exactly how long we will keep your personal information, depending on the matter and for how long we have a purposeful purpose of storing your information. However, we may inform you that we will focus on keeping your information alone for as long as we have a legitimate purpose of storage. When it is no longer a purpose to store your information, these will be deleted.
7. Right to withdrawal of consent
If you have consented to our processing of your personal information, you are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time.
