Our niche is special needs for e.g. noise reduction, temperature control, camera angles, roof height, etc. in tents,
- and when an event just needs extra attention to details to be perfect.

On those occations our customer is often a business, or a private consumer using an event organizer,

But we are just as happy to service private consumers and small events.

Example no. 1: Wedding party with 120 guests at round tables
  Space for seating, 120 persons of 1,5 sqm: 120 x 1,5 = 180 sqm
  Stage of 3x5m: 3 x 5 = 15 sqm
  Dance floor for 40 persons of 0,4 sqm: 40 x 0,4 = 16 sqm
  Bar: approx. 10 sqm
In total 180 + 15 + 16 + 10 = 221 sqm
... e.g. a 15x15m (225 sqm) Alu-hall.

Example no. 2: Summer party with 120 guests seated at long tables
  Seating,120 persons of 1 sqm: 120 x 1 = 120 sqm
  DJ : approx. 2 sqm
  Dance floor forl 60 persons of 0,4 sqm: 60 x 0,4 = 24 sqm
  Draft beer bar: approx. 3 sqm
In total 120 + 2 + 24 + 3 = 149 sqm
...e.g. a 10x15m (150 sqm) Alu hall.

We gladly help with suggestions for seating layout. 3D drawings give a good sense of how the space is used.

A tent larger than 100 m², or in more than one floor, must either be certified for use in Denmark, or you must obtain a building permit.
The same applies to groups of small tents erected less than 5 meters apart, if their collective size exceeds 100 m².

Be aware the the certification mentionen above has to be issued from an agency authorized by the Danish state in accordance with the Danish building code. Other certifications, e.g. issued by the tent manufacturer, or referencing the EU standards are NOT valid.

Smaller tents can be erected for up for up to 6 weeks without need for a building permit.

For any tents erected for more than 6 weeks, you must always obtain a building permit, regardless of tent size and whether it is certified.

For events with more than 150 participants, you must inform the local emergency services in advance. And there are requirements for the layout and equipment of the tent, that you must document with a layout of the interiour and emergency paths "Pladsfordelingplan", and an operating log.

If you have an event with public access, there are requirements for disability-friendly conditions, e.g. same level access to the tent and disability friendly toilets.

Depending on your use of the tent, there may be additional requirements:
- Permission to serve alcoholic drinks
- Permission to use of party fireworks
- Noise limitations
- Site security
- etc., depending on the nature of the event.

Our tents are taller and span wider than most tents in the rental industry. So the parts ar lagere and heavier than the typical rental tent, and much larger and heavier than tents sold to private consumers,

This makes the safety in handling and mounting the tents extra important. and that is why we do not market DIY solutions.

In all modesty, we are fairly good at exclusive tent solutions where the requirements for temperature control and acoustics are high, and the finish has to be top notch.
So it happens that we are invited to solve taskes far from our home address.
