Wedding party in a 2-storey tent in Provence

Tent solution: 15x20m Alu-hall in two storeys.

Ground floor: Kitchen, toilets, entrance, fountain.
1st floor: Dinner, bar and dancing,

Challenge: Build on top of a baroque garden with a fountain.

 


Vue over Provence
Wedding dinner on the first floor of a 2-storey 15x20m alu-hall.
Glass panels with paned windows installed in the gable bring light, air and view.
Lining under the roof and along the sides hide light fixtures and cables.
White carpet.
The light above the roof lining in supplemented with chandeliers.
Round tables, covered chairs and candle sticks.

The venue: A baroque garden with 40cm hedges and a fountain.

 


The tent is raised on scaffolding in order to preserve the garden.
The fountain will be a part of the ground floor decor.

 


Toilet facilities are build in on the ground floor.

A frame is build around the fountain, which is made part of the tent main entrance.

 


Custom made staircases with velour carpet, brass and painted walls.
There are also standard stair cases in the alu-hall system, but in this case an extra finish was requsted.

 


Indoor staircase from the foyer to the first floor of the tent.
Flowers, decoration, furnishing and tableware are brought from Denmark.

 


Kitchen furnished on the ground floor
The dinner is transmitted on a big screen so the chefs can time the servings with the entertainment.

 


The raw tent before lining, carpet and finish around the staircases.

 


Temperature control
Aircon unites keep a pleasent temperature during the event. We have the experience and a wide array of equipement for temperature control in tents.

 


Bar on the first floor.
White bar made up of 4 modules: non-drip bottle rack with light, counter and two trapezoidal modules which can support the bottle rack or be used as extra counters.
Hvid bar sammensat af flaskereol med lys og non-drip flaskeholdere, bardisk og trapez-formede moduler der kan bære flaskereolen eller bruges som ekstra disk.
